PPO Insurance Plans
Out-of-Network Courtesy Filing
We gladly welcome patients with PPO insurance, even though we are currently out-of-network with many providers. As a courtesy, our team submits all claims and supporting documents directly to your insurance company, so you do not have to handle the paperwork yourself.
Because PPO reimbursements are typically sent directly to the patient, full payment is collected at the time of service. Once your claim is processed, your insurance provider will reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits.
Humana Medicare & United Concordia
In-Network Participation Coming Soon
We are currently completing the credentialing process with Humana Medicare Plans and United Concordia. These agreements are expected to become active within the next 60 to 90 days.
Once we are in-network, patients covered by these plans will only be responsible for their co-insurance portion at the time of treatment, helping reduce out-of-pocket expenses and making care more affordable.
