We are currently in the credentialing process with Humana Medicare Plans and United Concordia, and these agreements are expected to be active within the next 60–90 days.

Once we become in-network, patients with these plans will only be responsible for their co-insurance portion at the time of service, helping reduce overall out-of-pocket expenses.

We are currently out-of-network with Medicaid. Unfortunately, Medicaid does not provide reimbursement for services completed by out-of-network providers, which means we are unable to submit claims on behalf of Medicaid patients.

Patients with Medicaid coverage are still welcome to receive treatment as self-pay patients. We also offer flexible payment options to help make quality dental care more accessible and affordable for everyone.
